BANYAN TREES

Dear Family and Friends,

This week had been a pretty good week.  I already talked about this a
little bit last week, but now I have a few pictures of the Memorial
Day Picnic that we had.  The ward members loved it so much and they
are already planning the next big activity for Pioneer Day.

Thursday morning turned out to be really awesome.  Brother Hoynacki
came out with us and we went and visited Angela. Angela is a referral
that we received from church headquarters and she is super cool. Her
first contact with the church in Melbourne Fl while walking in he park
and some sister missionaries came up to her.  Angela then moved here
about a month ago and know we are meeting with her.  She is a golden
investigator asking all of the right questions with a sincere desire
to learn.  I am super excited to continues meeting with her and our
next appointment is tomorrow morning.  We then went and saw Michele,
and she is doing awesome. Since the last time we visited with her, she
has now talked to Scott about marriage.  They are planning on getting
married within the next month or so.  I am super excited for her to be
maki the decisions to turn her life around. Michele sees the
importance of marriage and making that commitment to her husband, and
a commitment to God.  Later that day after weekly planning with the
Zone Leader, we had exchanges.  Elder Spach, who is the new Zone
Leader came with me.  We had three appointments that we set for the
rest of the evening.  The first one wasn't there when we arrived and
it was supposed to be a pass off lesson with the Bradenton Elders.  We
then went to McDonalds because Elder Spach had to sync his iPad.  We
ended up being there for about an hour because it started to pouring
outside.  So we ended up teaching a guy in there who was also taking
cover from the storm.  We shared the Because of Him video and had a
great discussion. We had to cancel the next appointment because it was
still raining. As soon as it cleared up we biked to the very most
northern part of our area and had a good lesson with Sam and his mom
as we read through Alma 7. Then we had to bike the 10 miles back home.

There's nothing else too exciting that happened this week.  We did get
18 lessons in and hopefully it will continue to grow some more.  I
love you all and thanks for the support and prayers.

Love,

Elder Leavitt
